TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATED WITH JOY AND GRATITUDE AT NEW MILLENNIUM SCHOOL, BAHRAIN
New Millennium School Bahrain, celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and fervour on 3rd September,2026, honouring the dedication, commitment and invaluable contribution of its teachers. The celebration was organised through a vibrant special assembly presented by the Junior and Senior Students’ Councils, creating an atmosphere filled with appreciation, love and gratitude.
The special assembly commenced with a prayer, highlighting the significant role of teachers in shaping young minds and building a responsible and progressive society. This was followed by a pledge by the students, reaffirming their commitment to respecting, valuing and being obedient to their teachers.
The celebrations continued with an engaging array of musical performances, energetic dance presentations and a lively skit, showcasing the students’ creativity and affection for their mentors. Fun-filled activities specially organised for the teachers added to the excitement and created many memorable moments, bringing teachers and students together in a spirit of camaraderie and celebration.
As part of the celebration, the staff members of the school were felicitated in recognition of their dedicated service and contribution to the school community.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Dr Arun Kuumar Sharma appreciated the Junior and Senior Students’ Councils as well as all other students for their thoughtful efforts in organising a vibrant and entertaining programme. He further expressed his sincere gratitude to the teachers for their selfless dedication, commitment and perseverance in nurturing and guiding students. He also acknowledged that their unwavering efforts play a vital role in enabling NMS students to grow into confident, capable and responsible individuals who continue to make their mark around the world.
The Teachers’ Day celebration at NMS was a heartfelt tribute to the school’s mentors, reaffirming the enduring bond between teachers and students and celebrating their shared pursuit of knowledge, growth and excellence.
