Bahrain to Offer All Postal Services via “Hukoomi” App Starting August 28

The Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications announced that, starting August 28, 2025, all Bahrain Post electronic services will be available exclusively through the “Hukoomi” app. The move aims to unify access to government services online and enhance the efficiency of Bahrain’s digital transformation, providing users with a seamless and integrated experience.

The ministry highlighted that the integration of Bahrain Post services into the “Hukoomi” app, in coordination with the Information & eGovernment Authority, reflects ongoing efforts to improve service efficiency and make it easier for citizens and residents to access postal services through a single platform.

Services now available in the “Hukoomi” app include renewing P.O. Box subscriptions, tracking local and international mail and parcels, calculating shipping costs, locating post offices and mailboxes, and receiving postal service notifications.

The ministry encouraged all users to download the “Hukoomi” app from the official government app store at bahrain.bh/apps
to take advantage of the integrated postal services. For more information, users can call 80008001 or submit feedback and suggestions through the national “Tawasul” system or the “Tawasul” app.
