Bahrain staff nurse dies in India
Manama: An Indian nurse has passed away in the Kingdom. Bhavya, 34, was working as a staff nurse in a private medical centre in Hamad Town. She hails from Alappuzha, in the South Indian state of Kerala. She was suffering from cancer and was undergoing treatment. Her condition had improved after she went home for treatment last year, following which she returned to Bahrain. But a month and a half ago, she went home for treatment after her illness flared up again. She died at the Thiruvananthapuram Regional Cancer Center last evening. Her husband Manoj is in Kerala. They have a nine-year-old daughter.
