KHK Boxing reveals development plans

KHK Boxing launched under the initiative of HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa has announced nationwide plans to form the national team and to develop future plans for operations from January 2019. Scouting program will be held across the Kingdom from 15th December this year to identify talented athletes and to form the national team before the end of January 2019. The concept encourages the youth of Bahrain to participate in sports and to compete representing the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The scouting program focuses on boxing gyms across the Kingdom of Bahrain. HH Shaikh Khalid has inspired Bahraini athletes to compete and have developed a fully functional facility at KHK MMA to train combat sports under legendary coaches from around the world. The initiative will promote The Kingdom of Bahrain as a leading economic, sporting and travel destination.

Inspired by the vision of HH Shaikh Khalid, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and founder of Brave CF, this initiative will be launched following the massive global success of Brave CF. KHK Boxing will provide the platform for Bahraini and international athletes to showcase their talent globally. “KHK Boxing is an ambitious project under the leadership of HH Shaikh Khalid to expand the global footprint of the sports initiatives from Bahrain.
