Mixed local reaction to heavy rains
Manama : The heavy downpour witnessed over the past week has triggered mixed reactions from the locals in the Kingdom.
While many where battling power failures and struggling to cope up with the rising flood waters, others chose to have fun in the flooded areas of the Kingdom.
A man in Hamad Town took children on free jetski rides in the storm drain channel near Roundabout 12 while others went fishing near the tunnel between Aali and Tubli villages. Locals were also seen playing football in water logged areas.
