All efforts vital for next phase of progress: HM King

Manama : The development programmes will continue in all sectors, and the coming phase requires concerted efforts to maintain landmark national achievements, said His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday.

HM the King was speaking in a meeting with Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa; and Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa at Al-Sakhir Palace.

Apart from domestic issues, HM King Hamad reviewed with them ways to boost the national economy and achieve the goals of comprehensive development. 

On the occasion, HM the King lauded Bahrainis’ dedication and tireless efforts to enhance the Kingdom’s progress march in various fields. He also expressed pride in the continuous milestone achievements in sports by Bahrainis at regional and international gatherings. “It confirms Bahraini youths’ distinction.” 

HM King Hamad appreciated HRH the Prime Minister and HRH the Crown Prince for their constant keenness to follow up and develop the government’s work to implement the programmes featuring in its action plan. He also commended their efforts to improve the quality of services delivered by various State departments. 

During the meeting, HM the King also paid tribute to the members of the government for their good efforts to serve Bahrain and its people.
