As Muslims around the world wake to the joyful takbeer of Eid Al Adha, Bahrain’s pilgrims have successfully completed the sacred stand at Arafat — the spiritual pinnacle of Hajj — after the Bahrain Hajj Mission delivered a flawless transfer operation to the holy site.
Pilgrims gathered on the plains of Arafat yesterday in what is considered the most sacred day of the Islamic calendar — a day of prayer, reflection, and supplication. The Bahrain Hajj Mission ensured every pilgrim reached the site safely and on time, under a comprehensive field plan developed in coordination with Bahraini Hajj tour operators and Saudi authorities.
Shaikh Adnan bin Abdulla Al Qattan, Head of the Bahrain Hajj Mission, said the operation followed pre-approved schedules and designated routes, with movement organised in careful stages. Field committees were on the ground from sunrise, guiding pilgrims, managing crowd flow, and ensuring the journey between the holy sites remained smooth and safe throughout.
On this blessed Eid, Shaikh Adnan praised the dedication of Bahraini Hajj tour operators and extended warm commendation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its remarkable efforts in serving millions of pilgrims and making the performance of Hajj rituals a dignified and uplifting experience.
