54 government services upgraded in digital push

The Government has automated housing allocation procedures as part of efforts to upgrade public services across 14 government entities.
Between 15 January and 7 May this year, 54 services were enhanced to improve efficiency and speed up service delivery.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning introduced automated processing for housing allocation requests, while the Ministry of Labour reduced response times for employer inquiries and follow-ups.
The Survey and Land Registration Bureau also improved document issuance services by adopting electronic signatures and expanding digital workflows.
