Fujairah Children’s Book Fair 2025 Returns

The Emirate of Fujairah is preparing to open its doors to a world of imagination and discovery as the second edition of the Fujairah Children’s Book Fair 2025 takes center stage from October 26 to November 2 at the Dibba Exhibition Centre.

Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, this year’s fair will unfold under the inspiring theme “One Community, Many Stories,” celebrating the power of storytelling to unite cultures and generations.

Organized by the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah in cooperation with the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, the exhibition will bring together 52 publishing houses from eight countries, reflecting a global tapestry of literature designed to ignite curiosity and creativity among young minds.

A World Where Books Come Alive

Far beyond a traditional book fair, the 2025 edition transforms reading into an interactive journey—where technology, art, and imagination merge. Visitors will experience animated books, immersive workshops, theatrical shows, and creative performances designed to spark a lifelong love of learning.

Among the highlights are interactive zones such as:

• Innovation Station – a hub for storytelling, science, and creative exploration.

• Wonder Lab – a colorful space for drawing, origami, and bookmark design.

• Story Gate – an immersive portal into the magical world of characters and tales.

• Animated Pages – a visual spectacle that brings stories to life through color and motion.

The fair also welcomes back Salem and Mira, the beloved family mascots who have captured the hearts of children since the inaugural edition. Their friendly presence will guide young visitors through the pavilions, turning each stop into a new adventure.

A Cultural Platform for the Future

His Excellency Nasser Mohammed Al Yamahi, Executive Director of the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, described the event as “a unique cultural platform that combines books, arts, and technology—encouraging reading, creativity, and innovation from an early age.”

In addition to the publishing showcase, the fair will host book signings, author meet-ups, and creative reading corners, ensuring every visitor—child or parent—finds inspiration among the pages.

Building on the success of its first edition, the Fujairah Children’s Book Fair continues to cement the emirate’s position as a regional leader in children’s literature, fostering a new generation of thinkers, dreamers, and storytellers.
