Bahrain Congratulates Egypt on Election of Dr. Khaled El-Anany as UNESCO Director-General
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has extended the Kingdom of Bahrain’s warmest congratulations to the Arab Republic of Egypt on the election of its candidate, Dr. Khaled El-Anany, as the new Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
The ministry described the achievement as a historic milestone that reflects the international community’s deep appreciation for Egypt’s wise foreign policy under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and for the nation’s pioneering role in promoting peace, cultural dialogue, and mutual understanding among civilizations.
