Bahrain strongly condemns Israeli actions in Rafah

The Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the Israeli military actions in the city of Rafah, which serves as a crucial refuge for over a million Palestinians.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed grave concern over the Israeli forces’ seizure of control over the Rafah land crossing in the southern Gaza Strip.. It emphasised the potential dire consequences on the lives of innocent civilians and exacerbation of the already catastrophic humanitarian crisis.
Bahrain reiterated its urgent appeal to the international community and relevant parties, urging prompt intervention, particularly through the Security Council, to implement an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza and prevent further escalation of military operations.
