Bahrain man dies while receiving mourners
Manama : An elderly man died while receiving mourners who came to offer condolences in Karbabad village in the Northern Governorate yesterday.
Sayed-Adnan Al Alawi suffered a cardiac arrest inside Karbabad Eastern Ma’atam (community centre) while receiving mourners of his cousin Sayed-Ahmed Al Alawi who died the day before.
According to witnesses, the man suddenly collapsed and was pronounced dead on the spot by paramedics, after attempts by some of the present people to revive him failed.
The Ma’atam mourned the death of Al Alawi on its social media accounts and recalled his various services to Karbabad village and its residents.
