Northern Governor Hassan bin Abdullah Al Madani chaired the Security Committee meeting at the Northern Governorate, stressing that children’s safety and protection from risks remain a key priority.
The meeting, attended by Northern Governorate Police Director-General Major General Saleh Rashid Al Doseri and committee members, reviewed community security and child safety issues, including awareness of safe electric scooter use and the role of parents in protecting children.
The committee also discussed cases of children being left inside buses and ways to strengthen preventive and monitoring measures. Al Madani stressed continued awareness efforts and closer cooperation among families, institutions and relevant authorities to protect lives and property.
