Lebanon Reaffirms Solidarity with Bahrain
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today recieved a telephone call from His Excellency Dr Nawaf Salam, Prime Minister of the Republic of Lebanon.
During the call, HE Dr Salam condemned the ongoing hostile Iranian aggression against the Kingdom of Bahrain, affirming Lebanon’s steadfast solidarity for the Kingdom in safeguarding its security and sovereignty.
For his part, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister expressed his appreciation for Lebanon’s supportive stance and its solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The strength of Bahrain-Lebanon relations, and the joint commitment to further strengthening cooperation and coordination in support of shared interests, were highlighted.
Regional and international developments, as well as issues of mutual interest, were also discussed.
