Majlis Commends Interior Ministry Action

Residents, dignitaries and business leaders attending the Capital Governorate Majlis voiced strong backing for Bahrain’s leadership and national security institutions, praising recent security achievements.

They reaffirmed their support for the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and for the continued follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in strengthening security, stability and safeguarding the Kingdom's sovereignty.

The comments were made during the weekly Majlis hosted by Capital Governor Shaikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa, which brought together a wide range of guests from the Capital Governorate.

Participants commended the Interior Ministry for its recent operational success in uncovering an organisation linked to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Wilayat al-Faqih ideology, describing the move as evidence of the efficiency and vigilance of Bahrain’s security apparatus.

They praised the proactive efforts of security authorities, saying these efforts reflect a high level of preparedness in confronting threats to national unity and stability.

The attendees stressed that protecting Bahrain’s security is a collective national duty requiring unity, awareness and strong support for state institutions.

They also noted that Bahrain continues to advance in safeguarding its national achievements and preserving social cohesion, supported by robust institutions and dedicated security personnel working to ensure the safety of citizens and residents.

Rejecting extremism, incitement and attempts to undermine national interests, they underlined their commitment to national unity.

They further affirmed that Bahraini society will remain cohesive and aligned behind its leadership, supporting all efforts to reinforce security, uphold the rule of law, and sustain the Kingdom’s development and prosperity.
