Capital Governorate Council Guests Express Support for Bahrain’s Security

Manama, 11 May (BNA) — Guests of the weekly council hosted by the Capital Governorate expressed strong support for the security measures undertaken to protect the stability and sovereignty of Bahrain, affirming their backing of the country’s leadership and security institutions.

The remarks came during a reception held by Shaikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, with the participation of dignitaries, businessmen, and residents of the capital. Attendees voiced their full support for the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, and the efforts of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in strengthening national security and safeguarding stability.

Participants praised the achievements of the Ministry of Interior and security agencies, highlighting their efficiency and proactive approach in addressing threats and maintaining public safety. They also commended recent security successes in uncovering plots targeting the Kingdom’s security and national unity.

The attendees emphasized that protecting Bahrain’s security is a shared national responsibility requiring unity, awareness, and solidarity with state institutions. They reaffirmed their rejection of extremist ideologies and any attempts to undermine national cohesion or public order.

They further noted that Bahraini society remains firmly united behind the leadership, committed to supporting efforts that enhance stability, uphold the rule of law, and ensure continued development and prosperity for the Kingdom.

The gathering reflected broad public confidence in Bahrain’s security apparatus and its ability to safeguard the country’s achievements and social stability.
