UAE President Shaikh Mohamed and Trump Discuss Regional Security

ABU DHABI: UAE President Shaikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a phone call from US President Donald Trump on Thursday to discuss escalating regional developments. The two leaders reviewed the implications of ongoing hostilities on international peace and security.
During the conversation, they addressed Iranian attacks targeting the UAE and other regional nations. The leaders noted that strikes on civilians, infrastructure, and vital facilities "constitute a violation of state sovereignty and international law".
President Trump condemned the attacks and affirmed the United States’ "solidarity with the UAE and countries in the region". He expressed support for efforts to maintain stability and defend sovereign territory.
The president further pledged "full support for efforts to defend their territory, stability and security," signaling a commitment to regional order
