HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Strengthens Bahrain–Saudi Ties in High-Level Meeting

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at Gudaibiya Palace.

The meeting underscored the deep-rooted historical and fraternal bonds uniting the two kingdoms—ties that continue to flourish under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the significance of the Bahrain–Saudi partnership as a cornerstone of regional unity and progress. He praised the unwavering support of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, whose vision continues to inspire joint initiatives through the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council.

His Royal Highness noted that the Council’s collaborative projects across multiple sectors—particularly in economic development—reflect both nations’ shared determination to create sustainable opportunities and further strengthen regional prosperity.

Conveying the greetings of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Prince Faisal bin Farhan expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s warm wishes for Bahrain’s continued success and the well-being of its people. HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad reciprocated with similar sentiments, extending his greetings and appreciation to the Saudi leadership for their steadfast friendship and partnership.

During the discussions, both sides reviewed the latest regional and international developments and reaffirmed their commitment to promoting stability, security, and prosperity across the Arab and Islamic worlds.

HRH the Crown Prince commended Saudi Arabia’s pivotal role, under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in advancing regional peace and economic growth, while protecting shared Arab and Islamic interests.

Prince Faisal bin Farhan, for his part, expressed gratitude for HRH Prince Salman’s dedication to strengthening bilateral relations and wished Bahrain continued growth and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court; HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa; and HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, along with several senior officials.
