Bahrain, Germany Explore New Avenues for Economic and Investment Cooperation

Industry and Commerce Minister H.E. Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro received H.E. Henning Georg Simon, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Bahrain, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations and expand cooperation between the two nations.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed the long-standing ties between Bahrain and Germany and explored mechanisms to further boost economic and investment collaboration. Minister Fakhro praised the ambassador’s continuous efforts in promoting stronger relations, noting that such partnerships contribute to the mutual prosperity of both friendly countries.

He emphasized the importance of maintaining close cooperation, launching new joint projects, and developing existing ones to reflect the growing dynamism in Bahrain-German relations, particularly in the economic and investment fields.

Ambassador Simon expressed his gratitude for Bahrain’s ongoing support and commitment to advancing bilateral cooperation. He commended the Kingdom’s open and progressive approach to fostering stronger partnerships, highlighting its role in creating new opportunities for sustainable economic growth between the two nations.
