Youth Minister Meets Cypriot Ambassador to Discuss Stronger Youth Cooperation

Minister of Youth Affairs H.E. Ms. Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi welcomed the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to Bahrain, H.E. Dr. Andreas Eliades, during a meeting held in Manama.
The minister warmly received the ambassador and praised the growing bilateral relations between Bahrain and Cyprus, noting the steady progress in various areas of cooperation. She highlighted the importance of strengthening ties in the youth sector through sharing expertise and launching joint initiatives and programs aimed at empowering young people and opening new opportunities for them.
She also commended Cyprus’ active role in the “Hope Network” and its ongoing efforts to support youth development goals.
For his part, Ambassador Dr. Eliades expressed his appreciation for the strong relations between the two countries and reaffirmed Cyprus’ commitment to expanding bilateral cooperation in ways that benefit both nations.
