Russian Delegation Arrives in Istanbul for Talks with Ukraine

On Wednesday, a Russian delegation arrived in Istanbul to begin talks with Ukraine, according to Russian news agencies.
The group is led by Kremlin aide Vladimir Medinsky and landed at Istanbul’s airport at around 3:40 pm local time (12:40 GMT), reports the Russian news agency TASS.
These talks mark another step in ongoing efforts to find a resolution between the two countries.
