Electricity, water sector development discussed

Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs (EWA) Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak received Egyptian Ambassador Yasser Mohammed Shaaban. They discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the fields of exchange of expertise and experiences, transfer of knowledge in the field of electricity and water, and the most important projects carried out by EWA in line with the Kingdom’s economic vision and its national strategy 2030, in order to achieve the requirements of urban and population growth.
The minister praised the strong bilateral relations reinforced by cooperation in various development fields, expressing his best wishes to the Egyptian Ambassador in performing his diplomatic duties in a way that contributes to strengthening coordination in all fields. The ambassador affirmed his country’s readiness to enhance the existing cooperation in the electricity and water sectors, in a way that serves the interests and aspirations of the two countries.
