Bahrain in ‘good hands’: HM King
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday expressed his strong confidence in the capabilities of the Ministry of Interior, saying, “the nation and its achievements and homeland security are in good hands.”
HM the King said this in a congratulatory cable to the Minister of Interior General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa marking the centenary of the formation of the police in Bahrain. HM the King extended greetings and congratulations to all affiliates of the Ministry of Interior and the Public Security on the occasion.
He praised the ceremony, held under his patronage, expressing pride and confidence in the present and future of the nation. “The ceremony reflected the level of readiness, training and competence attained by the Ministry of Interior which makes us more confident that the nation, its achievements and homeland security are in good hands,” said His Majesty the King.
His Majesty extended thanks and congratulations to all the Public Security servicemen and wished them all success in their dedicated efforts, describing them as the shield that protects the nation and its loyal citizens.
