ASBB names new directors
Manama : Al Salam Bank-Bahrain (ASBB) named its new Board of Directors, following the Annual General Ordinary Meeting held on 22 March 2018 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Bahrain.
New board members are Khaleefa Butti Bin Omair Almuhairi, Shaikh Khalid bin Mustahail Al Mashani, Matar Mohamed Al Blooshi, Hussein Mohammed Al Meeza, Khalid Salem Al Halyan, Salman Saleh Al Mahmeed, Salim Abdullah Al Awadi, Zayed Ali Al Amin, Alhur Mohammed Al Suwaidi and Khalid Shehab Eddin Madi for the upcoming Term from March 2018 – March 2021.
Following the AGM, Khaleefa Butti Bin Omair Almuhairi has been elected as Chairman and Shaikh Khalid bin Mustahail Al Mashani as Vice-Chairman.
Commenting on the occasion, Almuhairi, said: “Going forward, our focus will continue to further grow our business by delivering a sustainable and profitable performance, along with building stronger client portfolios by providing our clients with a range of competitive, well-diversified and innovative Shari’a-compliant financial solutions through quality products and services.”
