Foreign Minister Joins Trump Meeting

On assignment from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani participated in a meeting hosted by US President Donald Trump in New York. The meeting included Arab and Muslim leaders and foreign ministers attending the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The meeting discussed regional developments and the situation in the Middle East. Participants stressed diplomatic solutions, regional security and stability, freedom of maritime navigation, and continued efforts towards comprehensive and lasting peace across the region.
