Medal of Honour for Al Sakran
Manama : Palestinian President Mahmood Abbas bestowed on Abdulatif bin Jassim Al Sakran, Social Affairs Consultant in Ministry of Interior, the Presidential Medal of Honour in recognition of his constant contributions and prominent support to the Palestinian cause and bolstering links between the two countries. On behalf of the Palestinian President, Taha Abdulqader, the Palestinian Ambassador in the Kingdom of Bahrain, presented Al Sakran with the medal at a ceremony organised at the Palestinian Embassy premises.
Ambassador Abdulqader extended to Al Sakran the greetings and appreciations of the Palestinian President for his efforts towards supporting the Palestinian cause as well as his social contributions and initiatives in developing the Bahraini community.
Al Sakran dedicated the award to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, confirming that receiving this honour was the outcome of his implementation of the policies of the country’s wise leadership towards supporting the Palestinian cause.
