Italian Festival at Gulf Hotel Bahrain Convention & Spa
Manama : Gulf Hotel Bahrain Convention & Spa will be launching the Italian week featuring culinary delights from Chef Michele Zambanini from Italy.
Chef Michele Zambanini, promises to thrill the palates of food connoisseurs with exquisite delicacies at the award winning La Pergola Italian restaurant from January 19th till 26th.
With a wealth of experience from Italy, Switzerland, the United States and Asia, Michele joined as the executive chef of Villa d’Este in 2011, and oversees the operations of the hotel’s three renowned restaurants while heading a team of over 45 staff.
His cuisine is a blend of classic-contemporary style, observing a fine balance between creativity and tradition.
The event will feature authentic Italian flavours and a one of a kind live entertainment also flown in from Italy the famous Tenor Singer Avallone Gianluca and pianist Mauro Niro from Rome.
Learn how to whip up delicious eats at an exclusive Italian cooking class on January 21 from 12pm to 3pm for BD20 per person.
