Terrorism Denounced
Bahrain strongly condemned a “terrorist attack” that targeted the city of Smara in Morocco, expressing full solidarity with the North African kingdom and rejecting all forms of violence aimed at destabilising security and public order.
In a statement, the Bahraini foreign ministry said it “strongly denounces and condemns the sinful terrorist attack” against Smara, stressing Bahrain’s firm rejection of all acts of terrorism that threaten Morocco’s stability and endanger civilians.
The ministry reaffirmed Bahrain’s “full solidarity” with Morocco and its support for country’s sovereign rights in the Moroccan Sahara. It also expressed backing for measures taken by Rabat to safeguard its security, stability, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
