HRH the Crown Prince Visits BDF General Command, Praises Dedication of Armed Forces

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, paid a visit to the General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) on Sunday, accompanied by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court.
Upon arrival, HRH the Crown Prince was welcomed by Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the BDF.
During the visit, His Royal Highness praised the BDF's professionalism and strong sense of duty, noting that its advanced capabilities reflect the hard work and unwavering commitment of its personnel. He highlighted the continued support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, as a key factor in strengthening Bahrain’s military readiness and national development.
HRH the Crown Prince conveyed His Majesty the King’s deep appreciation to all members of the BDF for their dedication, discipline, and high level of preparedness in responding to regional challenges. He noted that their efforts are central to protecting Bahrain’s security and reflect the Kingdom’s proactive approach to public safety.
Emphasizing the strong spirit and responsibility of the BDF, HRH stated that their selfless service stands as a symbol of true patriotism, playing a vital role in maintaining peace and stability within the Kingdom.
His Royal Highness also acknowledged the important role of the BDF in working alongside allied nations to promote regional security, and extended his heartfelt thanks and best wishes to all BDF personnel for their continued success in serving Bahrain.
Also in attendance were His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, and His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, Minister of Defence Affairs.
