Australian PM plans to attend Washington G7 September meeting

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said Monday he plans to be in Washington in September for the G7 summit despite the wave of Covid-19 sweeping across the United States. President Donald Trump earlier this year invited Morrison to join the G7 meeting. Morrison told reporters Monday he planned to be at the summit should it go ahead in the time of the coronavirus pandemic.
