80 Countries Call for Full Restoration of Gulf Navigation
A coalition of 80 countries called at the United Nations on Thursday for the full restoration of maritime navigation rights in the Gulf following disruptions linked to the ongoing regional conflict.
Bahrain’s Foreign Minister, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, delivered the joint statement to journalists, calling for the restoration of navigational rights and principles without delay.
The statement comes as maritime security and freedom of navigation remain a key focus of discussions at the United Nations, with Bahrain continuing to advocate for safe and stable international waterways
