Batelco wins top honour at GEC awards
Manama : Batelco has been presented with the top Project Execution Award for the Telecom Sector at the annual GEC Awards ceremony, held at the Rixos Premium, Dubai, on Tuesday. Batelco was recognised for its Superfast Fibre Network.
The prestigious GEC (Global Enterprise Connect) Awards event is hailed as the benchmark for outstanding performance throughout the Middle East and Africa’s IT industry, where leading players in the ICT domain compete for the winning titles.
The prestigious Top Project Execution Award for the Telecom Sector, according to Batelco, validates its’s major project to deploy nationwide Superfast Fibre throughout the Kingdom
of Bahrain.
The winners were awarded at a star-studded dinner attended by senior executives, personalities and VIP’s from leading regional establishments. Batelco Corporate Affairs Senior Manager Osama Alsaad collected the award for Batelco.
