‘Worst nightmare’: Teen girl’s family traumatised by gruesome images at D4vd hearing

Los Angeles: The family of 14 years old girl described the horrific evidence given during singer D4vd's preliminary hearing as a heartbreaking trial, with their lawyer describing the hearings as ‘worst nightmare.’
As the teenager's parents sat in court, prosecutors exhibited horrific crime scene images of her decaying remains. Her body was recovered last year inside a Tesla car owned by D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke.
Burke, 21, has pleaded not guilty to multiple allegations, including murder, sexual abuse of a minor, and destruction of human remains. Prosecutors allege that he murdered the teenager and tried to hide her death. The hearing is scheduled to determine whether there is sufficient evidence to go the case forward to trial.
The family's lawyer stated that the photographs and testimonies have contributed to the parents' trauma as they continue to seek answers about what happened to their daughter.
