Bahrain Accountants Association Condemns Iranian Attack

The Bahrain Accountants and Auditors Association strongly condemned the Iranian attack targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain, describing it as a violation of international law and national sovereignty.
In an official statement, the association denounced the aggression, which it said affected several civilian, economic, and infrastructure facilities.
The association praised the leadership of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the efforts of Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, highlighting their role in safeguarding the Kingdom. It also commended the national efforts of the Bahrain Defence Force and the security authorities under the Ministry of Interior for protecting the nation and responding to the attack.
The statement reaffirmed the association’s full support for measures taken by relevant authorities to ensure the safety of citizens and residents, expressing confidence in the ability of state institutions to manage the current exceptional circumstances and mitigate their impact while preserving national security and stability.
Emphasizing the vital role of the accounting and auditing profession in strengthening the national economy and ensuring business continuity, the association called for enhanced preparedness through robust crisis management systems, adherence to governance principles, and effective risk management practices.
The association concluded by stressing the importance of unity, resilience, and national responsibility, noting that social cohesion remains a cornerstone of stability in Bahrain. It also expressed hopes for the Kingdom’s continued safety, stability, and prosperity.
