Inovest launches summer training programme under the theme “Aspire by Inovest”

As part of its ongoing commitment to empowering Bahraini youth and developing national talent, Inovest has launched its annual summer training program under the theme “Aspire”, aimed at equipping participants with the practical skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the financial and investment sectors.
Spanning two months, the program offers structured training tracks and rotational assignments across various departments, providing trainees with valuable real-world exposure under the direct guidance of Inovest professionals.
The initiative also includes collaborative challenges, educational field visits to leading local institutions, and a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation.
Commenting on the launch, Yousif Maraghi, Head of Finance - Human Resources and Administration at Inovest, stated: “At Inovest, we believe in the vital role of youth in shaping a sustainable and knowledge-based future. This program serves as a platform to empower young talents and prepare them for meaningful careers built on innovation and impact.”
