“Dawn of Storms 26” tactical naval drill concludes

The Royal Bahrain Naval Force yesterday concluded the “Dawn of Storms 26” tactical naval drill with the participation of units from the BDF, the Coast Guards at the Interior Ministry, and the National Guard.

The drill, part of the preparation and planning for maritime combat operations to boost readiness, featured training operations on command-and-control procedures.

The aim was to prepare and plan for naval combat operations, boost combat readiness, conduct training operations and apply military tactics according to the plans to develop operational capabilities and combat readiness and exchange expertise.

RBNF, in a statement, said, “The drill contributed to achieving greater synergy, upgrading the military capabilities and field skills and raising the efficiency of the participants by enhancing cooperation and coordination through the implementation of naval tactical applications.”

The drill sought to bolster readiness with the latest naval technologies to increase the effectiveness of the military action of the Bahrain Naval Force, as well as the combat capabilities and readiness to face various challenges.
