The Royal Humanitarian Foundation organised a training programme for its employees titled “Leadership by Inspiration,” led by Saudi administrative and leadership development consultant Dr. Mohammed Al Khaldi. The programme is part of the foundation’s efforts to develop its workforce and strengthen professional capabilities.
The programme focused on developing leadership skills, improving employees’ readiness to perform their responsibilities effectively and promoting an inspiring workplace environment. It also highlighted the role of effective leadership in improving institutional performance and workplace quality.
