Durrat Marina and Basic Lines sign MOU

Durrat Marina announced signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Basic Lines Company to provide services for establishing an Owners Association for the Durrat Marina project.
The signing took place between Othman Janahi, Chief Investment Officer of Durrat Marina, and Zaid Abu Sham, Head of Basic Lines Company in Bahrain.
As per the MoU, Basic Lines Company will establish an Owners Association in line with the regulations stipulated by Law No. 27 of 2017.
Othman Janahi said, “Signing with the Basic Lines Company is a strategic step towards ensuring the sustainability of our project and to ensuring we work to tie in with the laws that enhance Bahrain’s real estate development and growth.
In doing so, we are working within the national plan to guide the development of the real estate market and create a distinguished investment environment and a cohesive and sustainable real estate sector.”
Zaid Abu Sham said, “We look forward to implementing the very best of standards to this development and to bringing added value to Durrat Marina.”
