The agreement, signed by GFG Chairman, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, Kamal Ahmed and BDFS Chairman, Farouk Almoayyed, will give BDFS’s a 55 per cent stake in the airport’s core duty-free business, with GFG holding 45pc.
