Authorities Update Embassies on Civil Protection Plans
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in coordination with the Ministry of Interior, organized a diplomatic briefing today for accredited ambassadors and diplomatic mission members in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The event reflects Bahrain’s ongoing commitment to strengthening communication, coordination, and collaboration with the diplomatic community.
During the briefing, Major General Dr. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Chief of Police, alongside H.E. Hussein Ahmed Al Shaeel, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications for Civil Aviation Affairs, provided a detailed update on recent developments. They briefed the diplomatic representatives on the security measures undertaken by the relevant authorities, including the activation of approved emergency plans and the enhancement of civil protection procedures, ensuring the safety of lives, property, and national stability.
H.E. Ambassador Talal AbdulSalam Al Ansari, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Consular and Administrative Affairs, expressed his gratitude to the ambassadors for their ongoing cooperation, emphasizing Bahrain’s dedication to ensuring the safety and security of citizens and residents.
In response, the attending ambassadors and diplomatic mission members thanked the Ministries of Interior and Foreign Affairs for the comprehensive briefing, commending the national efforts to strengthen civil protection and maintain security and stability throughout the Kingdom.
