MOI Advises iOS Users to Update Devices for Emergency Alerts
The Ministry of Interior has urged citizens and residents who use smart devices operating on the iOS system to update their phones to at least version 26.2 to ensure the timely and complete receipt of emergency alerts.
The ministry explained that the update is necessary to guarantee that all alerts are delivered properly in the event of any emergency. It added that no action is required from users of Android or Huawei devices, as their systems are already compatible.
The Ministry of Interior reaffirmed its commitment to public safety and encouraged users to keep their devices updated to stay informed during emergency situations.
