HM King Hamad Joins US President’s Board of Peace
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has accepted an invitation from US President Donald Trump to join the Board of Peace.
The Ministry said that Bahrain’s decision reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting the full implementation of the US President’s peace plan for the Gaza Strip. The plan includes twenty points aimed at protecting the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
His Majesty also expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the US President in promoting lasting peace both globally and in the region. The Ministry added that Bahrain hopes the Board of Peace will successfully enhance cooperation, support stability, and promote development and prosperity for all.
