HM King Hamad Begins Greece Visit
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, arrived in Athens on Thursday, September 17, for an official visit to the Hellenic Republic.
During the visit, His Majesty is scheduled to meet with Greek President Konstantinos Tasoulas and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
The talks will focus on strengthening the close bilateral relations between Bahrain and Greece, expanding strategic cooperation and discussing regional and international developments.
Upon his arrival, His Majesty was received by Greek Deputy Prime Minister Konstantinos Hatzidakis, Bahrain’s Ambassador to Greece Khalid Yusuf Al Jalahma and a number of senior Greek officials.
His Majesty had departed Bahrain earlier on Thursday for the visit.
