Building Next Generation of Government Leaders

Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, met with members of the 11th intake of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme during a roundtable discussion.

The minister stressed the importance of continued investment in national talent and developing their skills and capabilities to enhance government performance and support Bahrain’s comprehensive development process, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and guided by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Al Malki also highlighted the support of His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, for national talent and efforts to create opportunities that strengthen their participation in government work.

He noted the role of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme in developing national talent and providing participants with opportunities to gain knowledge and experience, strengthening their readiness to undertake responsibilities across the government sector.

During the meeting, Al Malki reviewed developments in government work and exchanged views with the programme members on related topics.
