The Ministry of Information is committed to enhancing cooperation with leading global social media platforms, including TikTok, to support the growth of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s digital media sector.
He noted that the ministry continues to empower national talent, build their expertise, and encourage the adoption of international best practices in producing purposeful and creative digital content.
His Excellency Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information, made the remarks as he met with Maria Cohn, TikTok Global’s Deputy Director of Government Relations and Public Policy for the METAPSA region, and Jenan Al Hashli, Head of Public Policy for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries at TikTok.
