Unlicensed Kindergarten Referred to Public Prosecution

The Ministry of Education has taken action against a kindergarten that held an opening ceremony without a valid license. The case has been referred to the Public Prosecution.

According to the Ministry, the kindergarten had already been warned for failing to meet the licensing requirements. These included not hiring enough qualified teachers and staff, accepting children outside the approved age group, and not completing the final technical inspection. The school’s license had also expired last year and was never renewed.

The Ministry stressed that it will take strict action against anyone who operates educational institutions without proper authorization, as it works to ensure quality and safety in all private schools across the Kingdom.
