UAE and Syrian presidents discuss bilateral ties and regional situation
Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a phone call with Ahmad Al Sharaa to discuss cooperation between the two countries and the latest regional developments.
According to the Emirates News Agency, the leaders reviewed longstanding relations between the UAE and Syria and explored ways to strengthen cooperation, particularly in the development, economic and investment sectors.
The discussions focused on supporting growth and prosperity for both countries and enhancing collaboration across key areas of mutual interest.
The two presidents also exchanged views on developments in the Middle East and discussed their impact on regional and international peace and security.
