SMC, health centres Ramadan working hours announced

The Ministry of Health announced yesterday that the work schedules for the Salmaniya Medical Complex (SMC) will remain the same during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The ministry clarified that operating timings in the outpatient clinics will be between 8 am to 1 pm. However, patients’ visiting hours are set between 6 pm and 10 pm.
As for health centres, the Directorate of Health Centres announced that three major centres will be operating around the clock, including the ones in Northern Muharraq, Yousif Ahmed Ingineer and Hamad Kanoo.
Al Naeem, Mohammed Jassim Kanoo (Roundabout 17, Hamad Town), Sitra and Shaikh Jaber Al Sabah health centres working hours are set from 4 pm to midnight. The timings are applied throughout the week.
Al Razi health centre, which is dedicated to examine foreign employment, will be operating between 8 am and 6 pm, including Saturdays.
The ministry explained that the remaining health centers in the five governorates of the kingdom would be working between 7.30 pm and 11.30 pm.
