Saudi Foreign Minister Reaffirms Support for Bahrain

Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a telephone call today from His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the call, HH Prince Faisal bin Farhan strongly condemned the Iranian attack targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain earlier today using ballistic missiles and drones. He reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s full solidarity with Bahrain and underscored the Kingdom’s support for all measures undertaken to protect Bahrain’s sovereignty, security, stability, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
Dr. Al Zayani expressed his gratitude for Saudi Arabia’s firm stance and condemnation of the attack, praising the Kingdom’s continued support for Bahrain. He highlighted the deep-rooted and longstanding relations between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and the strong bonds that unite the two brotherly nations.
The Foreign Minister also conveyed his best wishes for the continued security, stability, and prosperity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people.
