Omani Foreign Minister Reaffirms Solidarity with Bahrain

Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today received a telephone call from Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman.
During the call, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad expressed Oman’s solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain and strongly condemned the Iranian attack carried out against the Kingdom earlier today using ballistic missiles and drones. He stressed that such actions threaten regional security and stability and reaffirmed Oman’s support for the measures taken by Bahrain to safeguard its security, stability, and the safety of its citizens.
Dr. Al Zayani conveyed his sincere appreciation for Oman’s condemnation of the attack and for the solidarity expressed by Foreign Minister Al Busaidi. He highlighted the deep-rooted relations and longstanding bonds that unite the two countries and their peoples.
The Foreign Minister also extended his wishes for the continued security, stability, and prosperity of the Sultanate of Oman and its people.
